Feelings Cards

How we feel can often be difficult to express on a personal level and in group situations. The Feelings Cards will help you and others communicate how you feel by giving you the correct words to use and be understood. 

The pack contains 40 feelings, 20 positive and 20 negative. Each card contains a single feeling and a brief description.

There are a number of creative ways to use these cards in a Work, Team, Coaching and Mentoring, Counselling or Classroom setting.

In a group the "Feelings cards" provide a fantastic touch point to express what individuals are feeling / experiencing during a piece of change, working and planning on a project or when facilitating learning and development.
