The Q cards have words and pictures on them and your group can pick a card where the words or the picture ‘speaks’ to them – the participant then finds it easier to talk through the card and explain their thoughts/feelings than if you had asked them to speak out without a prop. The cards can also be used as an icebreaker to identify how delegates feel working in their organisation or department.
