Delivery Information

Standard UK delivery: (3-5 working days)

• Order value to £49.99 = £4.35 + VAT


• Order value £50.00 - £99.99 = £9.75 + VAT


• Order value £100 - £249.99 = £15.00 + VAT
   
• Order value £250 + = £18.75 + VAT

Next Working Day Dispatch: (1-2 working days) – Orders must be placed by 12 noon.

• Order value to £49.99 = £12.00 + VAT


• Order value £50.00 - £99.99  = £15.00 + VAT


• Order value £100 - £249.99 = £22.00 + VAT
   
• Order value £250 + = £25.00 + VAT

*Please note the Next Working Day Dispatch and Next Day Delivery services are not available for books, CD’s and some stationery items. Goods will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.

We always dispatch either First Class Royal Mail or with our courier service for added speed and protection. 

A guaranteed next day delivery service is available at an additional cost. Please call or e-mail us for pricing confirmation. (Orders for this service must be placed by 12 noon).

We also dispatch Worldwide which can take 7-10 working days.

Europe

• Order value to £49.99 = £9.00 + VAT where applicable.
   
• Order value to £100 = £14.00 + VAT where applicable.
   
• Order value £101 + = 10% of the order value  + VAT where applicable.

Rest of the World

• Order value to £49.99 = £15.00 + VAT where applicable.


• Order value to £100 = £25.00 + VAT where applicable.


• Order value £101 + = 20% of the order value  + VAT where applicable.
   

Please note for international orders, where actual shipping costs are significantly different to the value stated at checkout we will contact you. All orders delivered outside of the E.U. may incur further customs/duty charges outside of our control.
